No parking. Room was clean, dated, no parking, and not worth the price.

Tile floors! Easy walking distance to Duval St. Bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned when we got there. Room was very clean except for the bathroom. There were several hairs on the floor, in the shower and even long hairs (all of us have short hair!) still attached to the towels. Phone and TV remote didn't work. The location was great.. and it was clean. Rooms were very small and bed was uncomfortable.
